The creative genius behind Amerigo's beautiful décor is Casey’s wife, Nancy. Amerigo's artful interior design is fused with an original art collection assembled from Nancy's travels, as well as Nancy’s original oil paintings, to create an atmosphere perfect for an elegant dining experience.

Charles Hesson, General Manager

As General Manager of Amerigo’s Grille, Charles Hesson provides impeccable service during the dining experience. Charles is one of a handful of “Certified Sommeliers” and "Certified Specialist Of Wine" in Texas. With his expansive knowledge of wines, Charles is able to provide guests with an understanding of the many wines in Amerigo’s Cellar and has the skill to properly pair the perfect wine with a meal. Charles is also a masterful M.C. at Amerigo’s charity events, wine tastings and private functions, bringing the events to life with his passion.

Sean Goltz, Dining Room Manager

For 14 years, Sean Goltz has managed the dining rooms of Amerigo’s Grille with professionalism and style. He ensures that Amerigo's service runs smoothly, and continues to impress guests with his meticulous attention to detail. No request is ever too large for Sean. He is a fixture in the community, and brings a genuine, gracious feel to Amerigo’s atmosphere.

Terri Bishop, Event Coordinator

Terri Bishop is the Catering & Events Planner for Amerigo’s Grille. She has been planning parties and events for over 11 years. Terri will work with you to orchestrate every detail of your event in pursuit of realizing your expectations. Terri provides services for corporate, weddings, rehearsal dinners, birthdays, bah mitzvahs, holiday parties, board meetings and any other function. She is known for her creativity and impeccable detail. With such, every event is run smoothly and stylishly.
